Twentieth-century printing of the John Hay Declaration of Independence, originally published in 1902. Hay was a close associate of Abraham Lincoln and as Secretary of State authorized the facsimile of the Declaration. Measures 11.75'' x 15.5'' on parchment paper, with a 1'' integral flap folded behind the top and bottom edges. Toning and buckling, overall very good condition.
