Envelope is signed ''Howard Hughes'' in blue ink, between special issue stamps. Postmarks appear from New York and Seine, dated 10 and 11 July 1938 respectively. Measures approximately 7'' x 3''. Near fine. Tucked into photo corners and framed with an American flag to an \overall size of 12'' x 16''.
