Apollo 12 space-flown West Virginia flag, with COA signed by the crew. Flown flag is mounted to a large COA signed along its bottom edge, ''Charles Conrad'', ''Dick Gordon'' and Alan L Bean''. Printed text of the COA captions the flag, ''This flag sailed to the moon on Yankee Clipper, the second manned lunar landing. / APOLLO 12 / November 14-24, 1969''. Bean additionally inscribes, ''To Rosalie & Ron - With our very best wishes - It was a fantastic mission.'' Cloth flag measures 6.25'' x 4'' and certificate measures 9.75'' x 11.75''. Toning to COA and some fading to signatures, especially Conrad's, else near fine.
