Herbert Hoover photo signed ''Herbert Hoover'' in black ink at the bottom edge. Hoover is pictured here in his later years, chatting with an unidentified man. 8'' x 10'' glossy photo shows light creasing, tape residue to upper left and some dampstaining to signature. Very good condition.
