Composed on White House stationery and dated 14 October 1953, letter reads in part: ''...Thank you very much for your nice...present - but did you have to make me homesick for Colorado...Since I missed the aspen season this year, I shall...try to copy your lovely picture...'' Signed in black ink, ''D.E.'' Accompanied by cover. Measures 7'' x 9''. Fine condition.
