Here, Churchill writes to the powerful newspaper publisher Alfred Harmsworth, Lord Northcliffe: "Many thanks for your letter. I have several things I want to talk to you about. When will you come and lunch or dine with me? Or would you like to take a walk with me one morning? Give me one or two alternative dates. Yours sincerely, Winston S Churchill". Light toning to 5" x 7.75" letter, framed to an overall size of 16.5" x 14.25". Near fine.
