Benito Mussolini document signed during his rule as Italy's fascist dictator. Dated 20 December 1937, this government document, also signed by King Emmanuel III, reads in part, ''...Victor Emmanuel III / By the grace of God and the will of the nation / King of Italy / Emperor of Ethiopia...'' 2pp on one sheet measuring 9.75'' x 14.5''. Small pinholes along left edge and minor foxing; overall very good condition. Very bold signatures by the two men.
