Eisenhower'' in black ink to front free endpaper. This compelling WWII memoir of the U.S. military campaign in Europe is told through the eyes of General Eisenhower, who planned and executed it to Allied success. Illustrated throughout with numerous black and white photographs, maps and diagrams by artist Rafael Palacios. Tan cloth boards with black print lettering, gilt lettering to spine, deckled edges. Runs 559pp. and measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Two tiny stains to top rear board and cracking to interior front hinge, else near fine.
