Written from his home in San Clemente, California, dated 16 January 1975, Nixon writes, ''...Being hospitalized is not a pleasant experience, but one of the most gratifying aspects of a time like this is to receive such a warm expression of concern from one whose friendship and loyalty I shall always treasure...'' Signed ''Dick Nixon'' on his personal letterhead. 1pp. measures 7.25'' x 10.5''. Stamped as Received by Young's office, else near fine.
