Nikita Khrushchev and Lazar Kaganovich document signed in Russian, related to state agricultural planning. Three pages measuring 8'' x 11.75'' signed ''Khrushchev'' and ''Kaganovich'' on the last page in green and purple pen, respectively. Undated, though circa 1947, document reads in part, ''...all the cases when corn stalks remain on fields...those persons who are guilty must be punished immediately.'' Accompanied by a complete translation. In very good condition, with punch holes to left edge, and several pencil notations. With PSA/DNA COA.
