Signed by Hoover on front free endpaper in green ink, with blue ink writing in another hand above and below Hoover's signature. This first edition, fifth printing covers the period of peace following World War I until Wilson's death. 318pp. measuring 6.25'' x 9.25''. Ex-libris copy with stamps and pencil marks in first section of book. Bumping to board edges. Original dustjacket has wear and chipping throughout. Overall in good condition.
