Dated 2 March 1992, Bush writes, ''...Your letter of February 26 was sitting on my desk upon my return to Washington, and I am asking that it be properly reviewed. I am glad you wrote. We are working hard and looking forward to March 10. Warmest best wishes and thanks again for your letter...[signed] George''. Signed in black felt pen on White House letterhead, 1pp. measures 6.75'' x 8.75''. Stamped as Received by Young's office on verso. Very good condition.
