Screen legend John Wayne's first aid kit from his hit 1968 film, ''The Green Berets.'' Wayne directed and starred in this story about the men who served in Special Forces during the Vietnam War. This olive green kit, production-used and supplied by the army, has the U.S. Medical Corps insignia imprinted on the top flap. Inside is printed ''6545-912-0625 / CASE, FIRST AID KIT, EMPTY / 120-67-C-1075.'' Contents include two sealed 2'' x 1'' x 4'' cardboard boxes with typical first aid supplies, some in camouflage. Kit measures 5'' x 2.5'' x 5'', and in near fine condition.
