Milton Berle personally owned briefcase customized with the ''Friars Club [of Beverly Hills]'' logo in gilt on the front. Berle founded the Friars club in 1947 for entertainers on the west coast. Black soft leather briefcase features a gold colored metal buckle on the front indicating its manufacture in Italy. Measures 16.25'' x 12.75'' and expands to 4.5'' deep. Some wear to the edges and a diagonal scratch across the front, else near fine. From the Milton Berle estate.
