Theodore Roosevelt typed letter signed as President, dated 15 December 1904 on White House stationery. A month after winning reelection, Roosevelt writes this letter marked ''personal'' to Dr. Joseph G. Bulloch, a family relative on his mother's side, concerning the care of his fourth son, Archibald. Reads in full: ''I send you $50 to be used for Archibald, or in any other way you think best. Wishing a Merry Christmas to you and yours, I am, Sincerely yours, [signed] Theodore Roosevelt''. 1pp. measures 6.75'' x 8.25'', presented with a portrait of Roosevelt measuring 4.75'' x 6.75''.
