Photo is framed with an official State of Israel placard reading, ''With Compliments of the Prime Minister's Office''. Mat and photo measure 9.5'' x 12'', framed to an overall size of 16'' x 22.5''. Two small .25'' tears to corners of mat and some wear to frame, overall very good condition.
