Incredible collection of 17 Captain Kangaroo matte photos affixed or dry-mounted to wood. Stills capture on-screen moments from the show, and depict Captain Kangaroo jubilantly interacting with various characters, guests and cast members. The Captain appears in all but one still, and in most he dons his iconic suit. Varying in size, the larger stills, five in total, measure 24'' x 28-32'' with a 1.75'' thick wood mounting frame. Nine stills are identical in size measuring 28'' x 24'', and three stills measure 19.25'' x 15.5''. Each frame has a wire bolted across back for hanging and many have a ''CBS Permanent Set'' sticker affixed to verso. Minor chipping and foxing, very good condition overall.
