Captain Kangaroo sheet music for his live tour ''Fun With Music.'' This full orchestra show toured the country in the early sixties and introduced classical music to children. Large lot features Captain's theme ''Puffin Billy'' along with Philips' ''McGuffey's Readers'', nursery rhyme ''Pop Goes The Weasel'', ''Seventy Six Trombones'' from The Music Man, and ''Circus Parade.'' Additionally includes: 40 cardboard signs measuring 11'' x 8.75'' with attached musical sheet on one side and ''Van Cliburn'' written on reverse in yellow; one 7'' audio reel, not heard but likely related to the tour; and three posters with the Captain's black and white photo congratulating him on his 3,000th episode. Measure 12.5'' x 19''. Lot weighs 30 pounds. Posters have some creasing, sheet music includes handwritten notes. Overall very good condition.
