Collection of 17 costume badges screen-worn in various sketches on the famed children's show, Captain Kangaroo. Wide variety of badges, including one embossed with Captain Kangaroo's profile and printed name. Also includes seven sheriff and police officer badges, two medals, one with a purple ribbon, the other with a blue ribbon, and seven other various toy badges, including an ornate diplomatic-looking badge and a post office letter-carrier badge. Also includes a post office department maroon patch. Badges mostly measure 2'' x 3'' each with pins still intact. Very good condition overall.
