Stan Lee typed letter signed to Bob Keeshan about a proposed project between the two. Lee is the biggest name in the comic book world after creating the iconic superheroes X-Men, Spider-Man & Fantastic Four. Letter on Marvel Productions letterhead proposes animating Captain Kangaroo and sending him into super-hero fantasy land where he'll interact with Captain America. In part, ''...you would witness Cap [America] having some sort of interesting, brief adventure. We would then close the episode with Cap demonstrating some sort of exercises which enable him to perform whatever feat the adventures called for...it might be fun to have you doing an exercise with Cap -- still in animation, of course...best wishes from Cap A. to Cap K...[signed] Stan Lee.'' Single page dated 19 June 1981 measures 8'' x 11''. Slight crease along left edge, else in near fine condition.
