Captain Kangaroo bound scripts for the entire Emmy-nominated 1974 season of the classic children's show. 9-volume set comprises the complete scripts for the 274 episodes that aired from 24 December 1973 until 10 January 1975. This season was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Entertainment, Children's Series. Typed production scripts include episode numbers, characters, dialogue, stage directions, props, costumes, musical cues and revision pages. Also included for the first time this season is the ''Good Morning, Captain'' segment in which the beloved host is greeted by a variety of guest stars, with fellow television personalities frequently making appearances. Bound in black cloth boards with gilt lettering and top edges red. Volumes each measure 8.75'' x 11.25'' and together weigh 65 pounds. Near fine.
