First and smaller plaque reads: ''To Ella Fitzgerald / Presented at the Temple University Music Festival / July 13, 1968 By the Pioneers of Phila. Pa.'' Second plaque beneath reads: ''For Your Tremendous Contribution to the Musical World From Chick Webb to Present''. Measures 9'' x 11.75''.
