Space-flown official card from the Apollo 12 mission, the second successful manned lunar landing, which launched on 14 November 1969. Commemorative card was given out to a select few people by crew members Charles Conrad, Alan Bean and Richard Gordon as tokens of appreciation for contributing to the success of the mission. Card features a gold star at center and reads: ''Flown on 2nd Manned Lunar Landing / Apollo XII / Pete Conrad / AL Bean / Dick Gordon / Nov. 14, 1969 / For: D. Davis / Yankee Clipper Intrepid''. ''D. Davis'' is written in an unknown hand in black ink, and likely refers to Dot Davis, the longtime Astronaut Office secretary. Laminated card measures 4'' x 2.5'' with toning throughout, else near fine condition.
