The inaugural Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame inductee writes in blue pen, ''Carl Barks'' below an image of a duck who says, ''What's the Fuss About Copyrighted Ducks?'' Barks earned the nickname ''The Duck Man'' and ''The Good Duck Artist'' for his extensive work with ''Donald Duck'' and the inhabitants of ''Duckburg.'' Print on card measures 5'' x 7'' in fine condition.
