Nobel Prize winning playwright, Eugene O'Neill signed limited edition of his trilogy of plays, ''Mourning Becomes Electra'' published by Horace Liveright, Inc.: New York: 1931. The author signs, ''Eugene O'Neill'' on the limitation page. The play cycle, which premiered in 1931, is an update of a Greek myth set during the American Civil War. Edition numbered 281 of 500 copies measures 6.5'' x 10''. Light toning to pages and vellum boards, else very good condition.
