Italian document, dated 9 February 1939 in the throes of WWII, signed by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III, ''King of Italy and Emperor of Ethiopia''. Both king and dictator sign the single page handwritten document on the verso in black pen. Document grants several individuals of the Aegean Islands full Italian citizenship, including ''compulsory military services''. Routing markings and filing stamps present on face of 9.5''x 14.5'' document. Overall toning, separation at folds and foxing; very good condition.
