Whitney Houston platinum RIAA award for the sale of 1 million copies of her record-breaking debut album ''Whitney Houston'' published by Arista Records in 1985. It would go on to sell over 25 million copies globally. This album contains her first number one single ''Saving All My Love for You'' as well as her next two number one hits ''How Will I Know'' and ''Greatest Love of All.'' Framed award contains a record, cassette tape and official RIAA hologram in platinum color. An engraved plaque bestows the award on a man involved with the record's success, Bert Williams. Frame measures 21'' x 17''. Very good condition.
