Apollo 14 crew signed photo. Each astronaut signs his spacesuit in felt tip marker. Mission commander ''Alan Shepard'' signs in red. Command module pilot ''Stuart Roosa'' signs in black, as does lunar module pilot ''Ed Mitchell''. A dedication ''To the Coles -'' is written by Shepard. NASA backstamp on verso appears above a short summary of the mission. Apollo 14 launched on 31 January 1971, succeeding as the third manned lunar landing. This crew saw to the fulfillment of the aborted Apollo 13 mission, conducting experiments, collecting Moon rock and even putting a golf ball on the lunar surface. Semi-matte photo measures 10'' x 8''. Toning, else near fine.
