World War I Medal of Honor recipient, Eddie Rickenbacker, signed copy of "Rickenbacker an Autobiography" published by Prentice-Hall, Inc.: Englewood Cliffs, NJ: 1967. Rickenbacker pens, "Eddie Rickenbacker 1968" on the front free endpaper. The celebrated World War I American fighter ace was also a race car driver, automotive designer, a government consultant in military matters and a pioneer in air transportation. The 458pp. volume measures 6.25" x 9". Slight separation of the boards and wear to dustjacket, else near fine condition.
