Dwight Eisenhower signs ''Ike'' clearly in black to a letter typed on his personal stationery dated 2 September 1964. Addressed to his brother Edgar, letter reads: ''...Thank you for the pamphlet by Admiral [Ben] Moreell...He seems to assume the position of a high priest...'Constitutional Conservatism'...is a rather odd term. Why would not the term 'Constitutionalists' be sufficient?...[It's] almost identical of my outline of what I call a 'responsible progressive'...'' Measures 7'' x 10.5''.
