Here, Eisenhower writes to his brother, Edgar, referring to a statement he made in his State of the Union address regarding the International Court of Justice: ''...You just don't read my public pronouncements! I refer to you the following quotation from the State of the Union Message for this year...'' Signed ''D.E.'', letter measures 7'' x 10.5'' on one page with two holes punched at top. Near fine.
