Hunter S. Thompson autograph letter signed, composed on a postcard addressed to his friend Paul Semonin in New York City. Postmarked 19 October 1967, Thompson writes in vivid orange-red marker, "Honkie - As I said last nite - before your letter today - there was no mention of your article at Ramparts Hq. I just assumed it was in - & had no time to check until I got back here & read my copy. I'll ask Dunaway about the posters. Hunting season is on us here - I'm off for Texas. No snow yet. I'll probably get east after Xmas - will advise. H". Postcard measures 5.5" x 3.25". Near fine condition.
