Untranslated letter is penned in Amharic, with Selassie signature underneath, and then an Italian translation of the letter in pencil. Bifolium document measures 9.5'' x 13.125''. Folds, some creasing and soiling, and small split starting at vertical fold. Overall in very good condition. With PSA/DNA COA.
