Campbell was Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal, the fifth of the Great Officers of State, between 1853 and 1855. Card style note on ''Lord Privy Seal'' black-bordered stationery with embossed Royal seal measures 4.75'' x 7.25''. Very good condition.
