Fred Haise signed copy of the Apollo 13 flight plan, also with his handwritten quote of what he told Mission Control shortly after the crew heard the explosion of the accident. Haise writes in black felt-tip on the cover, '''And we had a pretty large bang associated with the Caution and Warning there' / Fred Haise / Apollo 13 LMP''. Flight plan is a contemporary copy, and measures 8.5'' x 11''. Near fine condition.
