In this formal document, Castro approves the opening of the Cuban consulate in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica, along with Osvaldo Dorticos Torrado as President and Raul Roa Garcia as Minister of Foreign Affairs, who countersign the document. With the blind-stamped embossed seals of the three offices over their respective signatures. Measures 8.25" x 10.5". A few small chips to margins with one tape-repaired, overall very good plus condition.
