Described as the greatest war novel of all time, the semi-autobiographical work sets the tragedy of a doomed romance against the backdrop of World War I and its destruction. 355pp. book with gold paper labels on black cloth boards measures 5.5'' x 7.5'', without the dustjacket. Light toning throughout and minor separation of binding at pastedowns. Overall very good plus condition.
