Sketch drawn by world-famous Italian opera singer Enrico Caruso. Best known for his signature role as Canio in ''Pagliacci,'' Caruso was also a master caricature artist, usually sketching self-portraits and friends. Portrait measures 5.25'' x 7.5'', taped to a white mat to an overall size of 7'' x 8.5''. Minor toning, smudging and scattered pinholes, else near fine. Taken from a larger lot of Caruso caricatures, and thus identified.
