Concept artwork from the fantastical 1985 film ''Legend'', directed by Ridley Scott and starring Tom Cruise. Described as a dark fairy tale, ''Legend'' was nominated for several BAFTA and Academy Awards upon its release, including Best Special Visual Effects. Ridley Scott created an elaborate universe for the film, replete with unicorns, goblins, horses resembling ostriches, and a hybrid woman-horse. The concept artwork is presented here, in 19 photographs of original sketches, each measuring 16'' x 12''. In very good to near fine condition. From the collection of film executive Peter Beale, who had previously worked with Ridley Scott on ''Alien''.
