Gorgeous 1966 Chrysler New Yorker. The upscale New Yorker model debuted in 1939 as a midway between economy and luxury automobiles, defining Chrysler's niche in the marketplace as the maker of well-appointed autos just shy of the luxury car echelon. Fully functional 4-door sedan in cream color is from the seventh generation, with front-engine rear-wheel-drive from its original rebuilt 440-cid RB V8 engine. In addition to a new engine model, this year saw design revisions to the grille, tail lamps and side trim. Large C platform body classic car has a spacious interior with newer upholstery and carpeting in caramel color and copper leather trim. Also features the expected white wall tires, cigarette windows and stylized tailfins. Measures 17 feet long. Chip to grille. Low original miles and quality 5 year-old restoration. Body is in near mint condition. A true American classic.
