Chuck Yeager signed Bell X-1 model airplane, the plane Yeager piloted on 14 October 1947 when he broke the sound barrier in a dangerous, top-secret flight not disclosed to the public until a year later. Model plane is a 1/32 scale model, signed ''Chuck Yeager'' in black felt-tip on the right wing. Plane measures approximately 13'' long x 10.5'' wide x 10'' tall as displayed. Near fine condition.
