Hepburn was said to have taken on her character of Sister Luke like none other, with filming in Africa even inspiring her to return to the continent to work for UNICEF years later. Silver gelatin semi-glossy photo measures 9.5'' x 11.75'', with Christie's stamp on verso, along with the stamp of photographer Pierluigi. Minute wear along edges, overall near fine condition.
