Original NASA report titled ''Apollo 12 Technical Crew Debriefing (U)'', published by the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston on 1 December 1969 exactly one week after splashdown. Marked Confidential and stamped 000284 on front cover to track the number of copies distributed. Told in the form of interview transcripts with the astronauts during their quarantine period, report reveals details of the mission and includes their recommendations of what can be improved. Broken down into 26 sections, it covers Suiting and Ingress, the Separation stages, Lunar Surface, Entry back into Earth's orbit, Landing and Recovery, Experiments, Mission Control and more. Measures 8'' x 10.5'' and runs approximately 300 pages. Bound by two staples to left side. Minor wear and discoloration, overall very good condition. Accompanied by additional report ''On the Moon with Apollo 16'', published by NASA in April 1972.
