Italian document, dated 6 September 1928, signed by Benito Mussolini and Vittorio Emanuele III. Both king and dictator sign the single-page handwritten document on the verso in black pen. Document is on official ''King of Italy'' paper. Routing markings and filing stamps present on front of 9.5''x 14.5'' document. Overall toning and rust from metal fastener, else very good plus condition.
