Signatures include Confederate General Robert E. Lee, CSA President Jefferson Davis and the the seven men of his cabinet: Stephen R. Mallory, Judah P. Benjamin, Leroy P. Walker, John H. Reagan, Christopher G. Memminger, Alexander H. Stephens and Robert Toombs. Clipped signatures appear in windows underneath the photographic print, to a total size of 29.5'' x 33''. Minor wear to mat at upper left. Overall near fine condition. With PSA/DNA COAs for all except Walker and Memminger; PSA doesn't authenticate these two individuals.
