Retained copy of a letter from James Dean's agent Jane Deacy to MGM, dated 3 December 1952 shortly after Deacy began representing Dean. Deacy tells Al Altman, head of MGM's New York talent department, that Dean is opening that night in the play ''See the Jaguar'', ''if you have any interest in him.''
