Here is a Lewis Morris signed document we have sold in the past:
Declaration of Independence Signer Lewis Morris Land Grant Signed — 17 September 1770
Land grant signed by Lewis Morris, Declaration of Independence Signer. Dated 17 September 1770 while Morris was a judge of the Admiralty Court in New York. Here, Morris awards a David Waldron of Harlem land in the outward neck of Manhattan (the Carnegie Hill area of present-day New York), to be sold by Antje Waldron and David Waldron to their grandson, William Waldron. Signed on verso by Lewis Morris as well as a Jonathan Landon and the Waldrons. Document measures 18″x 14″, with light toning, foxing and folds. Overall in very good plus condition. A fine example of Morris’ signature. Sold for $1,800.
