1955 signed document by baseball legend Hank Aaron. Contract states an agreement between the Milwaukee Braves, known as the “National League Baseball Club of Milwaukee, Inc.” and “Henry L. Aaron” for the amount of “$10,000 per season.” Aaron’s signature and address appear in dark ink on page three as, “Henry L. Aaron / 2420 Bunch Road / Mobile, Alabama.” Contract is also signed by Braves General Manager John Quinn and National League President Warren Giles. Contract is dated 13 January 1955 and stamped as approved on 17 January 1955. Stipulations of the contract include specifications on public appearances, rights of the player to the agreed salary and adherence to regulations of the game. 4pp. document measures 8.5″ x 11″. Contract shows slight toning, otherwise excellent condition. A rare treasure from the beginning of Aaron’s Major League career. Sold by us. Currently worth $20,000.

Mantle” for the amount of “$70,000 per season.” Mantle’s signature and address appear in dark ink on page three. Contract is dated 26 February 1959. 4pp. Mickey Mantle signed document measures 8.5″ x 11″. Contract shows slight toning, otherwise excellent condition.
