Gold charm with enamel Presidential seal presented to Lady Bird Johnson by the University of Kentucky. Reverse side features the seal of the Centennial Year of the University of Kentucky in enamel, with gold border engraved, “Lady Bird Johnson / 2-22-65”. Round charm features a 14k gold mark. Measures 1.25″ in diameter. Near fine. With an LOA from Lynda Johnson Robb. Sold for $2,342.

Sterling Silver Julep Cup Gifted & Inscribed by President Lyndon B. Johnson & Lady Bird in 1969

Lyndon B. Johnson inscribed sterling silver julep cup, inscribed and gifted as President. Traditional mint julep cup in the Johnson Presidential pattern is engraved across the front, ”With wishes for / a lifetime of happiness / Lady Bird and Lyndon Johnson / 1969”. Cup features a Sterling stamp, LBJ stamp and designer name, ”Mark J. Scearce / Shelbyville / Kentucky”. Measures 3.75” in height and 3” in diameter at the mouth. Weighs 5 ounces (141 grams). Some minor tarnishing and very superficial scratches. Near fine overall. Sold for $1,250.
