Dennis Hopper Pinstriped Jacket From 2008 TV Series “Crash”

Dennis Hopper wardrobe from “Crash”, the 2008 television series based on the acclaimed feature film of the same name. Hopper starred as music producer Ben Cendars until his death in 2010. Single-breasted wool blazer in black with blue pinstripes designed by Paul Smith is size 40, with 26″ sleeve. Near fine. Obtained from the sale of his estate in Venice, California in 2012. Sold for $740.

Tom Cruise Screen-Worn Wardrobe From Mission Impossible — From The Cafe Scene — With a Prop Stick of ”Two in One” Exploding Gum

Tom Cruise’s ”Mission Impossible” suit worn onscreen as CIA agent Ethan Hunt in the hit 1996 Paramount film. The wardrobe comprises black wool trousers with black braid trim, a double-breasted black wool suit jacket, and a white dress shirt by Turnbull & Asser, London. His black silk bowtie by TM Lewin & Sons is also included. Accompanied by a prop stick of ”2-in-1 explosive gum”, the disguised bomb Cruise uses to blow up the aquarium in the cafe in the beginning, killing his unit’s director Eugene Kittridge. Also included are a pair of stills of Cruise wearing the suit. ”Tom Cruise” is written on the label of each garment, all of which are in near fine condition. With provenance documentation from the Prop Store of London and Christie’s. Sold for $3,355.

Jon Voight Screen-Worn ”Mission Impossible” Costume

Jon Voight screen-worn wardrobe from ”Mission Impossible.” Voight stars opposite Tom Cruise in the spy thriller and wears this ensemble in the exciting train-top chase scene. Includes black outer jacket and pants with a blue zipper-neck shirt. Light soiling, else near fine. With provenance from Profiles in History. Sold for $2,082.

Ben Affleck Screen-Worn ”Hero” Costume From the Climactic Ending of ”Dogma” — With the Director’s COA

Ben Affleck screen-worn ”hero” wardrobe from ”Dogma”. Affleck starred in the 1999 satire as Angel Bartleby, dressed recognizably in this four-piece ensemble in the final battle in front of the church. Comprises: (1) black jeans by GAP with paint distressing by production, size 34 x 32.5; (2) distressed burgundy sleeveless cotton shirt by Nike in approximate size L; (3) burgundy suede custom jacket; (4) brown leather waist piece with lace-up closure. Near fine costume is accompanied by a COA from Kevin Smith as the film’s director. Sold for $1,330.
